This DDR2 PC6400 4GB Kit comes with 2 x 2GB sticks of RAM and has a latency of 5-5-5-15.  The test voltage is 1.8~1.9 volts and is 240-pin DIMM.  This memory is 6 Layers PCB, is unbuffered and the error checking is Non-ECC.  The G.Skill PQ memory is compatible with the following motherboard chipsets Intel X38, Intel P35, Intel 965, Intel 967, nVidia n6xx I (for Intel series) and nVidia nForce 5 series (590SLI, 570Ultra. Others for AM2).
