How did two self absorbed dimwits who basically wasted their lives watching TV and playing air guitar inspire three DVD box sets, five years of television, a hit movie, a hit album and in the process change the course of comedy, animation and pop culture? Vision, Beavis and Butt Head's unique vision of the world, a world divided into boobs and butts, things that are cool and things that suck, had never appeared before on television. It immediately struck something deep and dumb in America's collective unconscious.
