FBI Special Agent Gracie Hart (Sandra Bullock) is a man's woman - she chews with her mouth open, snorts when she laughs, has one eyebrow and is having a "bad hair decade"...So when the FBI needs to send an undercover agent into the famed Miss United States Pageant, Agent Hart certainly isn't their first choice, she's their only choice. Enter bitter beauty pageant guru, Victor Melling (Michael Caine) who is given the unenviable task of transforming the 'Dirty Harriet' from grotto glamour to glamour, from feral to feminine; "I haven't seen a walk like hers since Jurassic park" Waxed, Plucked, buffed and Breast enhanced, Agent Hart (now alias 'Miss New Jersey' Gracie Lou Freebush) is swapping her Beretta for a bikini in a quest to hunt out the serial bomber who is planning to create some really explosive fireworks in the pageants finale...But she's going to find it's hard running in heels and an empty stomach.
