Election: Reese Witherspoon plays Tracy Flick, a straight-A go-getter determined to be president of Carver High's student body. Popular teacher Jim McAllister (Matthew Broderick) decides to derail Tracy's obsessive overachieving by recruiting an opposition candidate.
