Natalie Portman and Javier Bardem star in this epic drama from Academy Award winning director Milos Forman (Amadeus, The Fireman's Ball). Goya's Ghosts is set against the backdrop of the Spanish Inquisition and features Stellan Skarsgard (Ronin) as the famous Spanish artist Francisco Goya. When Goya's model and muse (Portman) is accused of being a heretic, the painter attempts to persuade his friend Father Lorenzo (Bardem), to release her. The friendship, however, is betrayed in an unspeakable act of duplicity.
