Players will once again join the war effort in this long-awaited entry in the Medal of Honor franchise. This time Medal of Honor introduces the Tier 1 Operator: a relatively unknown entity directly under the National Command Authority who takes on missions no one else can handle.

Operating directly under the National Command Authority, an obscure and elite entity of handpicked warriors is called on when the mission must not fail. These men are the Tier 1 Operators. There are more than 2 million Americans who proudly wear military uniforms, of which some 50,000 fall under Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a plane above and beyond even this select group. Their exact numbers, while classified, are believed to be in the low hundreds.
